Strike Out Slavery 2019 Concludes #TheHaloWay 

It was the third and final SOS event of 2019 to raise awareness about human trafficking. It started with a bustling Family Festival where thousands of fans had the opportunity to engage with leading nonprofits who are actively bringing awareness to the fight against modern-day slavery. Then 40,000 fans flooded Angel Stadium to watch the Rays go head-to-head with the Angels. Afterwards, we landed the event on a high note with Ms. Lauryn Hill. Her set was amazing from start to finish, but particularly moving when she honored survivors by singing “Peace of Mind” as the stadium lit up with our Strike Out Slavery bracelets.
